I customized the order but I made an error, however, this wasn't caught by the designer. There was no follow-up email to ensure that the sizes were correct. Upon receipt, I noticed that two of the 3 layers have the same length after which I checked my order and noticed the error. I had to buy another veil from the bridal store that I bought my wedding dress.
