Purchased a rug for shipment to the USA. Arrived within a few weeks. Had numerous email conversations with Yulia. Very responsive and very helpful. The rug is more beautiful than picture shows. The description stated that the black was slightly faded but I didn't see much fading at all. Found Yulia honest and very easy to work with despite our language differences.
