Seller was very nice and accommodating. I was able to get a phrase I wanted in Danish (with special dansk characters and all!) with no problem. Shipped really quickly and the quality is great. The only thing is that I got the "chocolate" and it's a bit difficult to read on such a dark background. Also, it snaps at exactly my wrist size, so if you like your bracelets a little loose, order larger. I'm thinking about getting one in a different color now though (and maybe a journal in the future!). Great shop! <3
