The journal I received was lovely! I ordered a customized journal and the quality was really nice. I gave the store four stars overall because I was told I'd be sent an image of the design before engraving was done and I wasn't sent one. So the lettering wasn't exactly what I'd asked for. I was also given the wrong tracking number. I will just say make sure that you stay in constant contact with the seller.
