My husband was sensitive to one of the ingredients (we think it was the cinnamon), and the shop owner replaced it with a gentler formula for no cost. Lovely customer service, great handmade product, and fast shipping, even to the US!

Grey product. Smells good, very easy to use not greasy not too hard like some products. I have natural kinks in my beard this helps keep it straight. Came with a nice sample too. Will be ordering again. Love to support local Canadian business's.
