The designer was very accommodating. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect colored stone and pearl for the ring. Very reasonable pricing as well. Package took a while to arrive because of distance needed to travel, however, this is not to their fault. I never asked for a faster delivery and all that matters is that it arrived safely.
