This review is well overdue. I am using PristineThirteen's beard balms daily for over one years now and I couldn't be more satisfied. Both quality and scent are amazing. They help soften, smooth, comb, and relieve of dry itchiness for the whole day. The Citrus scent is my go to, but I tend to try one new scent on every order and I loved each one so far. I cannot be happier and would recommend these beard balms to everyone.

This scent is awesome! It has a unique manly scent without being "perfumy"--if that made up word makes any sense to you. I could make a negative comment about my wait for shipment. It took quite a while (more than is normal in this day and age) for my shipment to arrive. Instead, I'd like to tell you about the customer service of Pristine Thirteen. As soon as they realized my shipment was going to be delayed, they sent me a note telling me about the delay and how they were going to compensate by providing a sample tin of another variety of their beard balm. I appreciated their forthrightness and I certainly appreciated their gift. It was another great smelling balm--sort of a vanilla scent. I appreciated their efforts. It tells me they are painstakingly handcrafting these balms, and good things come to those who wait.
