I have just received my engagement ring and I couldn't be more pleased. It's lovely and dainty, whilst feeling robust - not flimsy at all, it's looks a lovely quality. From the day of ordering it took 27 days to arrive, this was during Christmas time which probably affected the timing - however, throughout the transaction communication with the seller was great, Valeria was very lovely, very efficient with her responses and could provide me with a tracking number etc. This is a really unusual ring, it was exactly what I was looking for and completely different to anything I'd seen anywhere else.
