The stamp was exactly as it was described and shown. Owner was very quick to respond both with the design following purchase and with my questions regarding shipping after tracking stopped in NY. I received the stamp a little over 2 weeks after it was shipped. And it shipped 2 days after the design was approved. I started worrying when tracking halted saying it was in NY for over a week, however, it arrived without updating the tracking information. So be patient!

Stamp was great and nice design, but kept leaking ink every time and ruined a few envelops. Also shipping was slow. Still for the price it was good.
