So I bought this ring originally with the moonstone. When I received it, I noticed lines beneath the surface, not thinking anything of it, well after 2 months one of those lines migrated to the surface as a crack. I contacted them to ask if they would fix it for me, and expressed how much I loved the ring and would be sad to part with it while it was being fixed, but was afraid if I bumped it too hard on something that it would make the stone fall out. Well, instead of fixing it, she made a whole new ring for me with a completely different stone! I really thought I wouldn’t like it as much as the original, but when I opened the box, I immediately fell in love! It was GORGEOUS! This company is AMAZING! And they really love what they do and they do a tremendous job!! Thank you sooooo much!!! 🥰
