I was disappointed with the necklace when I first recieved due to it was missing a heart stamp and a change I requested to make less than 24 hrs after ordering was not made even though agreed upon. Silver Wing was very prompt in responding to communication and concerns. I sent the necklace back and Silver Wing fixed as promised and more...plus paid for express shipping back to my home. In the end, it was a wonderful outcome. The recipient cried (tears of joy) when she received the necklace.
