It's been about 2-3 weeks since this wax arrived (I wanted to use it before I reviewed it). I purchased this for a friend's 11 year old hound dog. All dog owners will know what "wet dog smell" is like, and unfortunately this seems to intensify with age. But this oil has done miracles for the dog's coat, and it has heavily reduced the smell not only by covering it up, but also due to the beneficial properties it has had on the dog's coat.
