I ordered this necklace for my mother-in-law for her 90th birthday. And she was absolutely thrilled with it. We included crystals representing all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a beautiful personal inscription inside. Heather was wonderful to work with. This is a very beautiful necklace. My mom loved it. It shipped right away and we got it in just a few days. The upper piece with the tree is only attached at the top, not the bottom as well (like on a regular locket). At first I thought that was weird, but it allows the stones and writing inside to be more easily accessible. The writing is easily readable and very nice. The chain is a good match for it (I got the round links).
