I ordered 3 chokers on May 13 and the first time they shipped the got lost in the post. After a month or so of waiting (since it was international I gave it some time) I messaged William. He was very helpful and sent out the order again with priority shipping, received them within the next week.Onto the chokers, packaging was nice. Very secure. The chokers were a bit creased but they are straightening out and they fit perfectly. You can adjust the size to a certain degree because of the type of clasp it is in the back. Overall I am very happy with the purchase considering the very little money spent on it. The only complaint I would have is that shipping took almost two months but that was due to no fault of the shop owner.
