Another customer wanted very much to buy 1 piece, became upset because she couldn't; even after 2 attempts by seller explaining the process and honor system of reserving a piece. The seller let me know. I was able to buy earlier and did. I want to highly commend this ethic in retail. It shows the integrity of the seller. Also, how quickly and competently she made anacceptable resolution for both parties.Now, "Lagniappe": my 1st convo. had been about a totally different item.
