I couldn't be happier with this item. It did not ship on time. The problem was not with the seller, but rather the carrier. The seller was most accommodating in trying to find the SNAFU. When the item did arrive very late she apologized and offered me a 50% discount. I did not accept the discount as the item was perfect, and the issue was not with the seller.
