Only reason this isn't a 5* is that there was 1 charm missing out of the 66x I was supposed to receive from 3x purchases of 22x charms. It's a minor mistake, read below for thoughts of shop. Shipping was adequate, pricing for item was fair, seller answered question thoroughly and respectfully. I do love a pleasant transaction, thank-you for running a good shop
